Regions Oil and Gas Ltd. was incorporated in 2011 in Nigeria while Regions Oil and Gas Services was established in 2013 in the United States. Both companies are set to achieve the overall common goals of the shareholders — providing innovative, exceptional and reliable energy services across upstream, midstream, downstream and gas.
