Chief Emmanuel Oluoha is a distinguished business leader, entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience spanning the energy, construction, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, hospitality and investment sectors. As Chairman of Regions Oil and Gas Limited, he provides strategic leadership and corporate governance oversight, driving the company's growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation. He is the Founder and Group Chairman of the Bluestar Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests across multiple industries.

Managing Director / CEO

Dr. Collins Uhuangho

Dr. Collins Uhuangho is the MD/CEO of Regions — a seasoned executive who navigates complex challenges with strategic foresight and unwavering determination. With more than 20 years' experience, he began his career with the United Nations (International Atomic Energy Agency) in 2000 and served in various capacities at WellPoint Inc., Cumulus Broadcasting Inc., Graphic Packaging Inc., State Bank and Trust, Morehouse College and The Coca-Cola Company. He holds a BSc in Economics and Statistics, an MBA from Webster University, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University.

Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusoji

Prince Olusoji brings over 14 years' experience in both the private and public sectors, where he served as Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties and Chief of Staff to a Governor. He has served on high-profile committees covering Special Duties, Education, Social Services, Security and Oil & Gas. A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin, he is a passionate philanthropist championing initiatives that align with peace and the progress of Nigeria.

John Zhang

John is a business development and project management expert with 25+ years' experience across corporate America, government agencies and nonprofit organisations. He has led multi-million-dollar projects for Walmart's US division, the US Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service and the National Science Foundation. At Regions, he actively manages trading and project execution.

Julia Nkechi Okocha

Mrs. Okocha brings significant oil & gas and security-industry experience to the Regions board, having led and managed multi-million-dollar projects for Jereh and other tier-one companies. Since joining Regions she has actively managed the company's trading, vendor relationships and gas projects. She is also a philanthropist of repute, working with institutions catering to vulnerable persons.

Business Development Executive

Ms. Okiemute Akoko

Okiemute is a versatile lawyer with over 25 years' experience in upstream and midstream oil & gas, investment and fund management, fundraising and transaction structuring. Founding partner of Chariots Blanc Limited, she has advised on landmark transactions including Carlyle Group's $40m investment, and raised over $250m at Synergy Capital Managers. She holds a B.A. in Education & English, a PGD in Law (UK), LL.M in Petroleum Law from CEPMLP Dundee, and an EMBA from TRIUM.

Osariemen Eweka

Osariemen is a results-driven professional with a solid background in strategy, operations and organisational development. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Benin and an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University. She supports Regions' growth objectives, strengthens client relations and advances key commercial opportunities.

Chief Legal Officer

Barr. Osahon Uhuangho

Barrister Uhuangho is a highly motivated and results-oriented Legal Officer with over 10 years' industry experience. He is a highly skilled commercial lawyer with a proven ability to provide strategic legal counsel, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. He is Managing Partner at BTO Partners, providing clients with practical business growth and development solutions.

Manager, Operations

Babatunde Aliu

Babatunde's 17-year career has spanned Shell Trading and NLNG Ship Management — building expertise in operations, crewing, administration, vessel management and quality assurance. He holds qualifications from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Bournemouth University and the Universities of Liverpool, Derby and Suffolk in Maritime Transport, Oil & Gas Management and Business Administration, and is a member of CILT and IOEIT.
